I've been a member here for a few years now, but was never very active other than commenting on blogs(can be an opinionated old bastard!). I have had an almost non-existent social life due to peral obligations. At almost 57 years old I'm finding that it is time to explore more of life since time is starting to run out. FWIW,I've been told that I'm relatively easy on the eyes. Yes, I am married, my wife doesn't choose to follow this path, but is open minded enough to let me explore new avenues in my life. We haven't been sexually active in years, not totally by my choice, she just "dried up" I guess. If I want it I have to go get it elsewhere. Since it has been a long dry spell I at least deserve a mercy fuck,IMHO. LOL I tend to come across as being somewhat reserved, yet can have some moments and get a little crazy. I'm not into the bar scene, though I enjoy a drink on occasion, especially with a good meal. I enjoy a variety of music types from classic rock to classical, jazz & blues, a little country. Just don't subject me to gospel or opera! I have a desire to see more of our world. When I get some down time, I enjoy cycle touring, hiking and car racing (not NASCAR). I also cook for pleasure and consider cooking for a special per a superb compliment to them. Recently, I have been spending a lot of my free time photographing the beauty of nature. I'm not skilled at shooting people but would certainly be interested in trying my hand with a willing model-just for the experience and the fun of it. My sense of humor can have a little twist to it, and I enjoy a good belly laugh as much as the next per. I am straight, open minded about what consenting adults do, but specifically choose to interact with members of the opposite sex.

My Ideal Person I'm looking for a woman who can be not only a sex partner but can also be a companion in my exploration and stimulate my intellect in the process.
I believe it is crucial that each partner educate the other as to what really turns them on sexually, and to be open enough to try the unknown.
I'm not partial to large women, though size wouldn't necessarily be a deal breaker, if personality and intellect were right. Smoking is a definite turn off as I am an ex-smoker and have gotten to the point where the odor of nicotine is very irritating.
