Meet and greet on July 3rd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It's official we are having a meet and greet on July 3rd. If enough are interested I'll get a room at a motel with a swimming pool so that we can enjoy the water that day. So whose interested speak up now!? If anyone wants to have a room party after wards we'll have to discuss that and see how many are interested I am not renting a room at my expense for a party. If you are interested in also renting a room along with me so that we can all enjoy the pool earlier that day please respond about that also. I won't rent a room for a pool party if enough don't seem to be interested.
Meet and Greet at the Upper Deck 7PM on July 3rd the pool party time will be posted later if we get enough interested in attending that also.

More than likely at the Upper Deck off Greensprings in the Oxmoor Homewood area around 7PM. I'm open for suggestions on a good place to go that isn't too crowded and has music if anyone wants to suggest a place we are getting more and more saying they want to attend so unless someone suggests another location it's at The Upper Deck around 7PM in Birmingham of course.

Ok everyone I am a standard member so I cannot initiate emails but if you can email me and ask for any information you need then please do so. Please everyone if you are not coming let me know don't make me drive all the way to B'ham thinking 20 people are going to show up and no one shows but 2-3 people.
Meet and greet is 7PM at The Upper Deck off Valley Avenue if you are not familiar with it I will post directions but I have to be careful about what I post or get the entire thread deleted. The Upper Deck is at 449 Valley Avenue, you can get off Oxmoor exit and get there or Green Springs exit. If we get a motel I will probably get the one across from Jim and Nick's on Oxmoor for the pool party if we have enough interested in going for a swim earlier in the day on the 3rd.

Oh well I just checked on the Econo Lodge that is on Oxmoor once again they have their pool closed for repairs til September LOL doesn't take that damn long to fix a pool could put a new one in. Anyone have suggestions on a motel near the bar that has a swimming pool????

Ok everyone the meet and greet is still on I still have about 10 people supposed to be coming besides me and my date and several are new members so come on out and support these meet and greets what better way to meet new people?? I have still not decided on a pool party beforehand as I've not had many comments about that. I will be in Birmingham the entire weekend but won't be online much so if you have my number and need information call me or post here I will try to check Friday and early Saturday to respond to any questions.

not enough responded about the pool party so I didn't book a room because last two times I tried to have a pool party I got stuck with the motel bill so unless a bunch speak up by Saturday morning there won't be no pool party only the meet and greet.

Well,looks like it will just be me for the meet and greet since Linda and our daughter are going to the movies Saturday night to see Eclipse,Twighlight fans,can't stand it myself but they love it so guess I'll be there alone this time.

I should be at The Upper Deck a bit before 7 if any of the new members want to come on early so you can meet someone before everyone shows up. Ladies I have some guys new to the group supposed to be coming also so if you aren't planning on coming this may be the time to change your mind and show up! Well for a while it was just me and three guys you know I was in hog heaven then we had another guy and a couple to show up later but for a while I was alone with three men lol

Just so everyone knows right now I am without a car and a way of transportation and I have no idea for how long so I won't be making any plans for meet and greets any time soon. If there is someone in the B'ham area that would like to take over the group please contact me.
