 Oh lord girl, that IS pretty much the shittiest news. I hope you can find the strength and reconnect with your mom going forward, regardless of the status of her tumor. I'm keeping you and yours in my thoughts.

 man, g'damn, if that doesn't suck. you're truly in my thoughts. my mom went through a health scare; stage 3. the news rocked all of us. i didn't tell many either except for my manager and a co-worker who was the primary caregiver for her mom. (sigh) it does take the wind out of you for sure. but don't shut down just yet. in whatever way you can you're mom will need you, as much as you need her; now more than ever.

if there is still further testing to be done, wait and see exactly what you're dealing with where mom is concerned. modern medicine is so science and technology based these days that doctors work miracles. and if you should need a miracle, we can all pray for that too.

i know all of this is a downer but try with your might to stay positive.
